Ingredients:-
100g of egusi
cow foot (or any other meat or fish of your choice)
4 tbs of palm oil
3 large sized fresh tomatoe
30g of crayfish
1 medium sized onion
2 scotch bonnet pepper (less if you like)
2 cubes of maggi
salt to taste
3 bunch of spinach
2 cups of water
rice
